He has strong relationships with institutional investors in the Agri space. Lorenzo has a passion for the Agri and Wine sector and believes in its expansion with synergies available between players. He has a degree in Political Science and Master in Business Management.
Massimiliano Gramaglia
Max contributes many years of consumer and industrial markets M&A, business development and commercial successes. He operated internationally with many companies in an advisory, principal and operational management capacity. Max has built a strong network in the wine sector, is very commercially minded and passionate about enabling value growth opportunities. Max graduated in Econometrics at Padova University.
Carlo Stiore
Carlo is a finance professional with outstanding experience in Accounting, Finance Management, Controllership, Corporate Finance and M&A. He led medium/large international projects involving acquisitions, divestments and JV formations. Carlo has a problem-solving attitude and is passionate about value generation opportunities. He graduated in Business Administration at Venice University.
