Lorenzo, Max e Carlo, the founders in Integra Wine & Agri, have worked together at different points in their careers and have covered individually and, at times together, a very wide range of situations and opportunities. We are very different people and bring to the table different and complementary experiences from our current and past international ventures.
At a time when agricultural based sectors are recognised as critical to the transition to a more sustainable future, we jointly see a tremendous opportunity to act as an agent and enabler for this development. We do this by ensuring there is a solid business proposition behind anything we do.
We started by doing the simple things right. Our first important commitment was to focus on this sector. We think that dedicating our attention to Wine and Agri more broadly is a value proposition to our partners as well as a sound business proposition for ourselves.
We are then innovators where the innovation is compatible with the respect of the values and the traditions of the businesses. This more clearly comes to play in preparing and fixing things by leveraging the lessons coming from different markets that have evolved faster and better.
We are very respectful of the tradition, the culture of the businesses and the entrepreneurs we partner with. We aim to play the “translator” or “bridge” role for the very different parties that now operate in this sector. In part we do this by creating a common, objective based understanding of opportunities. One that leaves space to proper consideration of intangibles.
We do take a very hands-on approach to what we do. We see this as a necessity if one wishes to become a positive agent for growth and in some areas of change and ensure that what is designed actually happens.
Importantly we are and we will be aligning our success with that of our partners.
